Terms & Conditions of Use
 

The use of  www.oks.org.uk  (referred to as the "Site" below) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Operator of the site
The Site is managed by The OKS Association ("we/us/our") of 25 The Precincts, The King's School, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2ES.

Using the Site
Your access to and use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which take effect from the date on which you first use the Site. The Site is intended only for your personal use and viewing.  We may at any time revise the Terms without notice. It is your responsibility to check the Terms regularly to ensure your compliance with them. Continued use of the Site after a change has been made to the Terms indicates your acceptance of that change.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within the Site.

Information collected by us about you is handled in line with our privacy policy, a copy of which can be found on the Site.

Links contained in the Site may lead to other websites which are not under our control. We cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time and have no control over the availability of the linked pages. The fact that the Site lists or links to other websites which are not under our control should not be taken as an endorsement of those websites. We are not responsible for the content of any such website, you use any such website entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability in respect of such websites. 

Links to the Site
We do not object to you linking directly to the information that is hosted on our Site, provided that you first obtain our permission to do so. You may not load pages from the Site onto your own or another website. 
We reserve the right to move or change Site URLs at any time in order to meet changing business needs and to continually improve our online service. You therefore link to the Site at your own risk. If you decide to link to the Site, we recommend linking to section homepages rather than deep linking, as homepages are less likely to move or change.

The Site is registered to us and we own the copyright in the Site.
The identifying names, images and logos of The OKS Association are trademarks of ours, and if you wish to copy or use such names, images and logos, you must first obtain our permission. You should tell us how and why you wish to use our logos, and include the following contact details: name, address, organization, job title, telephone number, fax number and email.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute arising, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine such dispute.
