Terms & Conditions of Use

Operator of the site
The Site is managed by The OKS Association ("we/us/our") of 25 The Precincts, The King's School, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2ES.

Your access to and use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which take effect from the date on which you first use the Site. The Site is intended only for your personal use and viewing.  We may at any time revise the Terms without notice. It is your responsibility to check the Terms regularly to ensure your compliance with them. Continued use of the Site after a change has been made to the Terms indicates your acceptance of that change.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Links contained in the Site may lead to other websites which are not under our control. We cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time and have no control over the availability of the linked pages. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute arising, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine such dispute.
