Charlotte Hamblin (LX 2004-2009) Stars in Climate Change Short Film

OKS Charlotte Hamblin (LX 2004-2009), who has previously appeared in TV series such as Downton Abbey and BBC's McMafia, has landed an acting role in a short political satire about climate change.

The short film titled 'Extinction' will include footage of the Extinction Rebellion's activism in London. Extinction Rebellion is an international movement that 'uses non-violent civil disobedience in an attempt to halt mass extinction and minimise the risk of social collapse.' The film has been made with the blessing of Extinction Rebellion and the group will receive a percentage of the profits.

Also featuring in the film is acclaimed British actress Emma Thompson, who is a great supporter of the Extinction Rebellion movement.

The film release has been scheduled for the second day of Extinction Rebellion's 'International Rebellion' and will premier on Tuesday 8th October at 71a Leonard Street, London.
